Inspire Series: Scott Thares from Wink, Incorporated

 
Join us for a punch of inspiration as Scott Thares from Wink aspires to not only impact commerce, but culture.  Wink was incorporated on January 1st, 2000 by partners Richard Boynton and Scott Thares. The work aspires to impact not only commerce but culture. To date, the Minneapolis-based firm has done work for such clients as Target, Nike, Turner Classic Movies, Blu Dot furniture, Marshall Field’s, American Eagle Outfitters, Macy's, Toys "R" Us, Daub & Bauble, The New York Times, and The Limited. 

With projects ranging from (but not exclusive to) brand identities and systems, packaging, brochures, collateral, posters, store designs and promotions.

Their work has received recognition in such publications as Communication Arts, I.D., Graphis, Print, the AIGA, New York Art Directors Club, The One Show and the Type Directors Club, among various others. They have lectured and presented their thinking across the United States and were featured at the Walker Art Center.
